What’s in your attic? Antiques and Collectibles Appraisal Day is a community service that provides affordable valuations for the owners of prized antiques and collectibles. This year, the Historical Society of Carroll County is expanding the program’s focus to include “collectibles”, items such as sports memorabilia, advertising epherma, and comic books. Experienced appraisers of antiques will inform you about the history of your items and tell you how much they may be worth!
The Antiques and Collectibles Appraisal Day is celebrating its 17th year. Community support impacts the success of the Historical Society in many ways including preserving our three historic buildings, the caring for our county’s historical artifacts and documents, collections, using our own expertise to help citizens research their genealogy, property and local history, and producing events that connect people with Carroll County’s heritage.
