TUBACHRISTMAS Westminster

The Westminster Tuba Christmas event will be held in front of the Westminster branch of the Carroll County Public Library.
Started in 1974 by Harvey Philips, Tuba Christmas brings together tuba, euphonium, baritone, and other low brass instruments to celebrate the season and the instrument by performing traditional holiday songs arranged by Alec Wilder.
All are welcome to watch.
