DESCRIPTION:Join Bernie Vogel\, wine enthusiast from the JeannieBird Baking Company as he takes everyone on a virtual tour of the iconic wines and flavors from Spain’s most revered wine region La Rioja from the comfort of your home. Your tasting kit includes a bottle of red\, a bottle of white and a snack-pack of sweet & savory treats to complement the wines he will be showcasing. Kits will be available on the day of the event and may be picked up from 8:00A until 3:00P. \nTickets are $100 (each ticket includes two bottles of wine and nosh for two people). SUMMARY:Carroll County Jazz Ensemble: Glenn Patterson’s Farewell Concert
DESCRIPTION:In honor of over 60 years of arts advocacy in Carroll County\, come celebrate the legacy of Glenn Patterson: teacher\, mentor\, musician\, and leader. This is one you don’t want to miss! \nThe Carroll County Jazz Ensemble has been performing as a unit since 1986. Most of their performances have been to support non-profit organizations. In 2002 “Big Band Merry Christmas” was established to support health care in Carroll County through the Carroll Hospital Foundation. Since 2009 the income from the concert has supported Access Carroll Integrated Health Care for Carroll Citizens in need. \nThe ensemble has scheduled a concert at South Carroll High School that will benefit the Carroll Arts Center. \n\nCost:\n\n$15 Adults\n$10 ages 18 and under\nCCAC members get 10% off
