Join us at Taneytown Memorial Park for our 13th Annual Wine, Art & Music Festival! Beverage, craft, artisan and food vendors; raffles; musical performance by The Tribe Band! Free General Admission (does not include tastings); Regular Admission $25 ($20 in advance); VIP Admission $40 ($35 in advance). **CASH ONLY** AT THE GATE. Must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
