EAA Chapter 1384 represents aviation enthusiasts in the Carroll County area. We are an IRS 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization and a non-stock, nonprofit corporation registered in the State of Maryland. We are affiliated with the Carroll County Regional Airport (KDMW).
We’re a passionate group of enthusiasts, builders, and pilots who come together to share ideas, promote safety, support our local aviation community, and have a blast doing it.
