Barn Quilt Celebration

For all ages. Carroll County Public Library is proud to unveil a full-size barn quilt that will be displayed on the side of Exploration Commons at 50 East and the Westminster Branch on March 1, 2023. We invite the community to watch the unveiling at 12 Noon on March 1, either in-person or through Facebook Live. We will have light refreshments available all day in Exploration Commons at 50 East, as well as a table set up with information on a number of quilting-themed programs happening at Exploration Commons during the month of March for National Quilting Month, as well as fun activities for the whole family to enjoy. Exploration Commons will also be selling commemorative Barn Quilt ornaments for the entire month of March.

The Carroll County Barn Quilt Trail is a collaborative project undertaken by the Carroll County Office of Tourism, the Carroll County Department of Recreation and Parks, and Carroll County Public Library. Refreshments will be served.
