Carroll Book Festival

We are delighted to present the first ever Carroll Book Festival on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. The day will build upon Carroll County, Maryland’s reputation as being a community of readers who support authors.

Carroll Book Festival is presented by Carroll County Public Library in partnership with Park Books on Main, Carroll County Economic Development, Last Word Bookstore, and the Two Sides to the Story Podcast.
