Calling all ghouls, goblins, pirates, and princesses to join us for a Spooky Saturday in downtown Westminster! This event commences with the 1-mile Spooky Sprint with an exciting downtown course that runs through the streets of Westminster. Businesses and street vendors open up to trick-or-treaters! Parents and children alike can take delight in a variety of activities including games, crafts, and live entertainment from Mr. Jon on the Locust Lane Stage from 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM and again from 5:15 PM – 6 PM!
