    Please join us for the 3rd Annual Carroll County Celtic Festival. A celebration of Celtic life and culture. The Carroll County Celtic Festival is a rain or shine event. Artisans, dance performances, traditional music, food, and beer, will all be indoors.  Athletics, Sheep Herding, Living History, The Gaelic Language Village, and Clans will be outside.
