Presented by Tim Dioquino Joshua Gist (1747-1839) was a Patriot during the American Revolutionary War, a long-time resident of Westminster and a colonel in the Soldier’s Delight Battalion of Baltimore. He also commanded the 20th Regiment of the Maryland Militia at the time of the Whiskey Rebellion. We will hear about his life in Carroll County
