This year, we’re celebrating the rich agricultural history of Carroll County by highlighting farm trucks, farm tractors, and kids’ pedal cars! We’re looking for vehicles and displays that capture the spirit of the hardworking farms and small-town traditions that shaped our community through the years.
Bring the whole family and celebrate America’s birthday, Sykesville-style! 🎆 Parade floats will be judged, with awards announced following the parade. Once the parade wraps up, stick around Historic Downtown Sykesville for lunch, ice cream, shopping, and more!
📍 Parade Route:
The Let Freedom Ring Parade kicks off at 10 AM at Sykesville Middle School and travels down Springfield Avenue through the full length of Historic Main Street.

📍 Where: Historic Downtown Sykesville
