The 13th annual Carroll County Master Gardener Plant Sale and Garden Market will be held Saturday, May 16th from 8 a.m. - noon. The plant sale will be held in Burns Hall in the Carroll County Ag Center at 706 Agriculture Center Dr, Westminster, MD 21157. Most plants for sale are grown by Master Gardeners.
